Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Textbook Depository. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

With Textbook Depository, we aim to ensure your orders leave our warehouse quickly and accurately. All orders typically go out within one business day.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, we’ll email a Shipment Confirmation, including an order tracking number.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

With our standard free shipping, your orders will normally be delivered 2-8 business days after the items left our warehouse.

 

If your items haven’t arrived within the nominated timeframe or the tracking information does not provide sufficient details, please contact us via info@textbookdepository.com and we will investigate.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can view your current tracking information on our website by entering one of following: name, email address, phone number, order number, or tracking number.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

You have 20 calendar days to return an item(s) from the day it was delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Before returning an item(s) please contact us via info@textbookdepository.com and provide the following:

-           Full name

-           Email address

-           Postal address

-           Order number

-           Reason

 

If you received an item(s) that were not ordered or a damaged/faulty item, we might ask you to provide additional details of the order or pictures of the damage.

 

Our return instructions are printed on every packing list inserted with your orders. Please, keep a copy of the packing list and include it with the shipment.

 

Refund

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of the refund. If the return is approved, we'll refund the same means of payment as it was used to make the purchase. You should be refunded within 14 calendar days from the date we approve the return.

 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless we delivered it in error or it is faulty. To prove that the item is faulty, the customers would require to contact us and provide details of the order.
